ZONE A – $150 per trip
ZONE B – $250 per trip

SERVICE HOURS - 2D House Delivery & Pickup Service operates exclusively Monday through Friday between the hours of 10:00AM – 4:00PM. Requests outside of these hours cannot be accommodated.
DELIVERY & PICKUP WINDOWS - Delivery and Pickup times may be requested in two (2) hour blocks; however, availability is not guaranteed. All Delivery and Pickup times will be confirmed by end of day (5:00PM) on the business day prior to the scheduled service. Drivers will provide at least 30 minutes notice prior to arrival.
APPOINTMENT REQUESTS - Delivery and Pickup appointments may be requested up to two (2) business days prior to the required service date. Requests are subject to availability and confirmation by 2D House.
ON-SITE CONTACT REQUIREMENT - A designated Production representative must be present on-site to receive a Delivery or release equipment for a Pickup. 2D House must be notified in writing if the on-site contact information provided in the Delivery/Pickup Form changes. If no on-site contact is available at the time of arrival, 2D House reserves the right to cancel the Delivery or Pickup at full rate.
WAIT TIMES & NO-SHOWS - Upon Driver arrival, Production will have a maximum of thirty (30) minutes to make contact. Failure to make contact within this time will be considered a no-show and the full delivery or pickup rate will apply. For Pickups, the Driver will wait a maximum of thirty (30) minutes for equipment to be ready. If the order is not ready within this time, 2D House reserves the right to cancel the Pickup at full rate.
HANDLING OF EQUIPMENT - Drivers are responsible solely for loading and unloading equipment to and from the vehicle. Once equipment has been offloaded, or prior to equipment being supplied to the Driver for Pickup, responsibility for the equipment transfers to Production. Drivers are not responsible for shuttling equipment within a location and will only collect equipment that is prepared and staged at the time of arrival.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL - 2D House reserves the right to decline, modify, or cancel Delivery or Pickup requests where logistical, safety, accessibility, distance, or compliance considerations cannot be reasonably accommodated, or where a client has repeatedly failed to adhere to 2D House terms and conditions.
